When AlphaGo achieved consecutive victories in Go matches, artificial intelligence instantly became the focus of public attention. Terms like "artificial intelligence," "deep learning," and "neural networks" became household names. Recently, at the 18th Shanghai International Textile Industry Exhibition, an AI technology company used artificial intelligence to solve the flaw detection problem in textile printing. When "AlphaGo" meets printing inspection, it redefines industry standards.

Shuyou (Suzhou) Artificial Intelligence Technology Co., Ltd. was established in Korea in 2013, with a market value of 300 million RMB. In 2017, the company was heavily recruited by the Suzhou government to enter the Chinese market. In the journey towards Industry 4.0 intelligent factories, Shuyou has been both a witness and a participant. By leveraging artificial intelligence algorithms, Shuyou AI has brought new value to defect detection and classification in various production fields where existing technologies fall short.

As a professional AI textile printing and dyeing inspection company, Shuyou (Suzhou) Artificial Intelligence Technology Co., Ltd. was invited to participate in the exhibition. This was Shuyou's first time attending the textile industry exhibition, and it attracted considerable attention from domestic and international customers. The exhibition was led by the company's Korean President Song Kiyoung and China Regional Manager Han Xu, with a team led by TAS Director Kim Wangsoo. The exhibited product was the TAS AI textile printing and dyeing inspection equipment, located in Zone W3 (Printing, Dyeing, Finishing Machinery, and Textile Chemicals Area/Digital Printing Machinery Area). The presence of TAS signifies the transition from traditional visual inspection to AI inspection in the textile printing and dyeing field, enhancing the value of human time.

Quality has always been Shuyou's relentless pursuit. The TAS AI textile printing and dyeing inspection equipment garnered widespread attention and praise upon its debut, attracting many exhibitors to stop and observe. Our colleagues maintained enthusiastic and patient interactions with visitors, and many new and old customers inquired in detail, expressing a desire for in-depth cooperation through this opportunity.

Advantages of TAS AI Textile Printing and Dyeing Inspection Equipment:
1. Early Detection of Severe Defects
Through real-time monitoring at the early stage of printing, it can detect product defects in real-time and make timely adjustments to the production line, minimizing wasted fabric and preventing losses.
2. Efficient Utilization of Human Resources
Significantly reduces the time required for visual inspection, improves work efficiency, and saves manpower. Theoretically, one TAS machine can save around 20 people per day. TAS has a maximum speed of 100m/min, and at a normal speed of 50m/min, it can inspect 3000 meters per hour, equivalent to one person's daily inspection volume.
3. High and Consistent Inspection Accuracy
TAS ensures consistent standards for visual inspection, providing efficient and fast detection while improving accuracy and reducing missed detections and errors caused by manual inspection. It can detect minute defects that are invisible to the naked eye, including hair-thin defects.
4. Defect Data Aggregation
After real-time detection, TAS can summarize process time, the number of inspected fabrics, and recurring defect types. It generates professional inspection reports and marks defects on the fabric, improving production line quality and helping enterprises produce high-quality finished products.

Since entering the Chinese market in 2017, Shuyou has aimed at the global market. The company currently partners with renowned domestic and international companies such as Samsung, LG, Huawei, GoerTek, and Hyundai Group. In the textile printing and dyeing field, partners include Donghwan Material (Korea), Daehan Textile (Korea), and Jungwoovina (Vietnam). During this exhibition, numerous domestic and international customers visited the company’s booth, with many signing procurement plans on the spot, resulting in increased orders and growing international recognition for Shuyou.

The Shanghai Textile Machinery Exhibition will continue until the 30th. In the remaining two days, Shuyou will consistently adhere to the business philosophy of "Integrity and Customer Respect," better introducing itself to the world and contributing to the field of textile printing and dyeing defect detection.
