On November 28, 2017, Decathlon, Jiadu Group, and Huansi Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. reached a significant milestone—the launch of the Jiadu Group Smart Factory Project, accompanied by the inauguration ceremony of the Jiadu Branch of the Huansi Intelligent Apparel Industry Research Institute.

 

 

Background:
In the context of promoting "Industry 4.0" and "Made in China 2025," the transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry has become a crucial issue. Manufacturing upgrades, intelligent manufacturing, manufacturing navigation, rapid response, lean efficiency, and knowledge sharing are not only trends of the times but also key to enhancing the core competitiveness of enterprises. Where is the breakthrough point? Jiadu Group has resolutely embarked on a path of smart production transformation and upgrading.

To further build a smart factory that can quickly respond to market demands and enhance Jiadu Group's core competitiveness, Decathlon, Jiadu Group, and Huansi Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. have jointly established the Jiadu Branch of the Huansi Intelligent Apparel Industry Research Institute. With strong support and direct guidance from Decathlon's leadership and close collaboration with Huansi, the institute will deeply explore management process optimization, production technology and process improvement, big data collection, and application. Driven by knowledge, this will propel the construction of Jiadu Group's smart factory.

The ceremony was hosted by Xiong Xiao, Assistant to the General Manager of Jiadu, with attendees including Tu Guirui, General Manager of Gaozhou Jiadu Garment Co., Ltd.; Li Chong, Manager of the Decathlon Guangzhou Jiadu Team; Wu Fugen, President of Shaoxing Huansi Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd.; Tan Jintang, Chief Advisor of Gaozhou Jiadu Garment Co., Ltd.; and other relevant leaders from the three parties.

He announced that, following the board's strategic decision to establish 100 research bases, Huansi will set up the Apparel Intelligent Industry Research Institute Jiadu Branch. This initiative aims to collaborate with Jiadu colleagues to research and improve apparel production management and technology, driving the construction of Jiadu's smart factory. President Wu officially declared the establishment and unveiling of the Jiadu Branch of the Huansi Apparel Intelligent Industry Research Institute.
