Jiangsu Xinhua Weiye has resolutely embarked on a path of smart production transformation and upgrading.
Jiangsu Xinhua Weiye Co., Ltd. (formerly Jiangsu Xinhua Machine Tool Co., Ltd.) was founded in 1952 and is located in the historic cultural city of Suzhou, known as "Heaven on Earth." The company benefits from convenient transportation and a strategic location, being close to the Shanghai-Nanjing and Suzhou-Jiaxing-Hangzhou Expressways.
In fact, Jiangsu Xinhua Weiye already has a strong foundation in developing a smart factory. The company boasts a standardized 50,000 square meter air-conditioned factory building, actively promotes the application of ERP systems and garment process analysis systems, and is equipped with comprehensive production workshop facilities and standardized management. Years of lean improvements have endowed Xinhua with high levels of production management and automation.

This collaboration was not a coincidence. Since 2016, Xinhua Weiye has been actively upgrading its apparel smart production capabilities, seeking a mature smart production solution provider.

After rigorous selection, Xinhua Weiye ultimately extended a partnership proposal to Huansi Intelligent Technology. In February this year, Mr. Tao, the General Manager of Xinhua Weiye, and his team visited Huansi for an on-site inspection. Huansi's expertise in smart production solutions for the textile and apparel industry bolstered Xinhua Weiye's confidence in the project, leading them to choose Huansi as their strategic partner.
