Shaoxing Huansi 2015 New Student Orientation and Development Activities

To improve the physical fitness of company employees, enhance team cohesion, and promote collaboration, Shaoxing Huansi held the "Shaoxing Huansi 2015 New Year Expansion Activity" on December 28, 2014. This event successfully strengthened the cohesiveness of the company's employees and improved their communication and coordination skills. Participants fully demonstrated team collaboration, challenged themselves, uncovered potential abilities, and inspired each other through the release of their passion, ultimately boosting the overall vitality of the team.

The event was held at a farmhouse in Pingshui Town and was divided into two parts: a name tag tearing game and an outdoor CS real combat simulation.

In the morning, the name tag tearing game was organized. Participants were divided into four groups through a random draw. If a team member's name tag was torn off by an opponent, they were considered eliminated. The game was conducted in a four-group melee format, with the last remaining participant declared the winner. 

The competition began with alliances formed between two groups each to eliminate the other two groups before facing off in the final showdown. The battle was intense from the start, with one alliance quickly surrounding and eliminating several female members of the opposing teams. The final showdown was among the male participants, with the battlefield expanding from the camp area to the surrounding woods. The game reached its climax with participants dodging, leaping, and running, accompanied by cheers from onlookers.

Unexpectedly, the sales assistant, Ms. Chen, demonstrated exceptional skill and outperformed her male counterparts, ultimately winning the final duel against a technical team member and emerging as the sole survivor. The name tag tearing game not only brought the joy of victory but also fostered valuable friendships among participants.
In the afternoon, the CS real combat simulation began under the training and guidance of the instructors. Fully equipped and ready to go, the employees were divided into red and green teams. They had 8 minutes to prepare, during which they named their teams, and came up with slogans and battle songs. After the instructors explained how to use the equipment, the eager participants headed to the battlefield without delay.

The warm-up battle involved two rounds of small-scale building offense and defense, each lasting 15 minutes, with the teams switching roles between rounds. This exercise allowed the employees to become familiar with the equipment and develop strategies for information transmission, communication between teammates, team coordination, task distribution, terrain utilization, and even the use of hand signals.

Next was the jungle battle, where the instructor assigned a flag-capturing mission. In the first round, the green team attacked while the red team defended. The green team used their knowledge of the terrain to their advantage, splitting into two groups: one for a frontal attack and the other for a stealth attack from the rear, successfully capturing the flag. In the second round, the roles were reversed. The red team analyzed their previous mistakes and strategized thoroughly, showcasing their collective wisdom. Despite the intense battle, the red team managed to capture the flag with a courageous offensive unit under heavy fire, leveling the score.

Following this, they conducted a VIP protection mission in the jungle. Both teams, having grown more coordinated through earlier exercises, performed the tasks much more efficiently and completed both missions ahead of the scheduled time. After a series of intense battle simulations, both teams experienced victories and losses, pushing their physical limits to the extreme. The day concluded with a Western-style showdown, bringing the activities to an exciting end.
This team-building activity fostered friendships among colleagues, deepened mutual trust, and showcased everyone's quick thinking and diverse perspectives. It also significantly improved individual communication skills. All employees at Shaoxing Huansi have strengthened their confidence in the team. With this team spirit, the company is poised for even greater progress in 2015.
