On Mother's Day in 2015, Huansi invited a second group of 12 employees' parents through the "Filial Piety Fund." The company warmly hosted these parents and arranged a two-day tour of Shanghai and Hangzhou. The event was well-organized and received unanimous praise from both the employees and their parents.

In 2014, during the annual meeting, Huansi proposed the establishment of the "Filial Piety Fund," with plans to annually arrange visits for a certain number of employees and their parents to the company and organize tours in Shanghai and surrounding areas. As a software company serving the entire textile industry, Huansi has customers in most provinces and some overseas countries. Many employees are stationed at client projects for extended periods, leaving them with little time to spend with their parents and even less opportunity to fulfill filial duties.

The management of Huansi believes that developing corporate culture should include the integration of traditional Chinese virtues. Establishing the "Filial Piety Fund" was seen as an excellent way to help employees honor their parents. The proposal received unanimous support from all employees, and the "Filial Piety Fund" was instituted as a formal policy. The first event was held in 2014, with the parents of 10 employees invited. This initiative was highly appreciated by both the employees and their parents.
